Q: Can I play RVC Future and RVC PAL together?
A: Yes you may with the understanding that the PAL Games will be balanced.
Q: Can I play RVC Future and NOT play PAL?
A: Yes
Q: Can I just play RVC PAL?
A: Yes
Q: Can I play RVC Future if I play travel soccer or baseball?
A: Yes, provided you do not miss practices, games or tournaments for RVC Future
Q: Can I play for another lacrosse organization as well as RVC Future?

A: We have always been very flexible with other programs. This year we are asking for more of a commitment. If there happens to be a conflict with another organization and you do not plan on playing with us, we would ask you do not try out. It impacts the coaches and their teammates if players are not there for practices/games/tournaments. We will do the best we can to work with everyone. The only way we get better as a town is to keep playing together.

Q: Can I try out for a specific position?
A: Yes, however, the coaches will decide final positions for each player. Therefore you may not play the position you tried out for.
Q: Why is there a $40 tryout fee?
A: This is to cover the costs of reversibles for players to keep, evaluators/coaches of the tryouts which is extended to two rounds as well as field costs that were not previously included.
This cost has remained constant now for 3 years.
Q: What will my fee include?
A: All Winter, Spring and Summer practices, team uniforms, scrimmages, all tournaments and fees.
Q: Are there any multi-family discounts?
A: Yes, if you have a second child make the team there will be a $100 discount for the second child.
Q: Refund Policy?
A: A refund will only be issued if someone else secures and pays for that spot. After spring practices begin, no refunds will be issued.
Q: What is Philosophy on playing time?
A: While we are developing all players on the team throughout the course of our season, this is a competitive travel team. Equal playing time is NOT guaranteed. This is a coach's decision based on the situation.

Q: What happens to 7th graders in the program?

A: If you are attending South Side High School, you should contact Steve DiPietro at sdipietro@rvcschools.org.  If you are not attending South Side High School, your future High School Coach can direct you where to play, but we are always available to help if needed.

***Please allow the coaches to coach and set a good example of proper sportsmanship and behavior for your children. If you have an issue, please wait and discuss it with the Coach at the appropriate time and not during the middle of games and/or tournaments.***
